Privacy, in plain words

What the form collects

• Your name, email, business name and, if you give it, your phone number.
• The web address you own or would like, and whether it looked available when you checked.
• Links to websites you like and your notes about them.
• Files you upload, such as your logo, photos or documents.
• What you tell us about your organization and the site you want.
• A scrambled (one-way hashed) version of your internet address, used only to slow down spam. We do not keep the address itself.

Where it is stored

Everything is stored on Cloudflare, in Kahuga's own account: your answers in a private database and your files in private storage with no public links. Only Kahuga can see them, through a page that requires our login.

The spam check is Cloudflare Turnstile. The domain check asks a public domain registry whether a name is registered; it sends the name you typed and nothing else.

What we do with it

We use your details only to talk with you about your site and to build it. We do not sell or rent it, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Deleting it

Email [email protected] from the address you used and ask us to delete your details. We will delete your answers and files and confirm by email.
